Constructing a large diameter box culvert and outfall thru the middle of an established neighborhood in Greeley, CO took precise planning and coordination. J-2 rose to the challenge and successfully completed this challenging and complicated project. Constructed elements included large diameter box culvert installation, multiple large diameter waterline lowerings, coordinated water outages, and construction of two large inlet galleries. J-2 was able to construct the project in fewer days than anticipated. The end result was a successful project that eliminated the historical flooding issues in the neighborhood.
